AQUA ULTRA: for high-speed corrugating machines

AQUA ULTRA was developed to produce flat boards on high-speed corrugating machines. The open structure of Aqua Ultra facilitates steam evaporation from the board. The 2-layer belt absorbs moisture extremely well, keeps the moisture content of the board even and ensures a good flat result in the micro-flute area in particular. The rapid drying of the board enables a significant increase in production speeds.

AQUA ULTRA is a consistent development based on the proven AQUA PULL belt range. Optimum paper synchronisation, excellent horizontal stiffness, and edge and directional stability characterise the AQUA ULTRA. Not forgetting: the good energy absorption reduces the energy requirement. Belt wear is minimal.
