What sector does Mühlen Sohn work in?
Our company specialises in the production of corrugator belts and fluidising fabrics. The traditional company was founded in 1880 and, today,  has developed into a market leader in the production of heavy technical fabrics. We export our products worldwide. We work with 130 dealers in all parts of the world to ensure a smooth flow of goods.

What makes Mühlen Sohn stand out in particular?
On one hand, we focus on continual development and expansion of our products in our in-house research and development department. On the other, we orient our focus to our customers. We rely on continual dialogue and close cooperation. Our customers' wishes always influence the development of our products. Customer service is another facet. We offer our customers optimum advice and technical support from the development and fitting onwards and for the whole service life of the products.

What strategy does Mühlen Sohn follow as a globally active company?
"Think global and act local" - we work according to this philosophy. Specifically, this means that we adapt our products to the relevant market needs. This applies to the Asian market in particular. For example, we are also strengthening our direct presence in the future market China by opening our own office in Shanghai. The North American economic area is covered by our subsidiary MSI.

What does Mühlen Sohn want in the future?
We would like to maintain our position in the market just as successfully as to date and to consolidate our 2009 expansion.
